Light Skies Darken are East Anglia’s explosive female fronted rock trio. With a signature sound from the fusion of classic rock attitude alongside ‘prog’ technicality, the group have secured themselves a ‘must see’ reputation.



Featuring Lizzy and Reubes Cocksedge (The Pure Floyd Show/ Screaming Beauty) alongside YouTube sensation Daniel Jones (HalfDuck), the band formed with a clear vision to bring their original brand of rock music to a new audience!



Fuelled by their many inspirations (Toto, Deep Purple, Dream Theater etc) LSD wrote and recorded their debut EP ‘Stare into the Sun’ in the summer of 2018. Following their first release and accompanying music video, the group have had extensive air play on a variety of radio stations including Total Rock, BBC Norfolk and ProgRock.com, were featured as the front cover of the Grapevine Live magazine and also appeared on BBC Look East.



Due to the success of their first release, the band embarked on a 2019 summer tour with dates including Cambridge Rock Festival (Supporting FM, Cats in Space and Pearl Handled Revolver) and Festival Too Kings Lynn (Supporting Judge Jules and Nadine Coyle).
