THE PHANTOM COWBOYS ANNOUNCE NORWICH REUNION GIG:
FIRST LIVE APPEARANCE FOR 18 YEARS

Legendary 1990s Norfolk band, The Phantom Cowboys have announced their reunion with a live date at The Blueberry, Norwich on Saturday 8th August 2015.

The gig will be the group’s first official live date for almost 18 years and features all four original members. They are supported by The Diebacks and Those Darned Mouldy Figs.

Further live dates will be announced shortly and a release of new recorded material in the Autumn is planned.

Band biography
The Phantom Cowboys were formed in Norwich in 1994 and defied easy categorisation with their unique mix of rockabilly, jazz, punk and sinister pop music. Their 1998 debut album, “Down and Out at The Club Cruella” is still widely downloaded and played on alternative radio worldwide. After splitting up in 1999, the band have remained a favourite for fans of retro and vintage-flavoured music on either side of the Atlantic, being featured on Anagram Record’s 2007 retrospective of the UK nineties psychobilly scene, and Skully Records influential ‘Gothabilly’ compilation series in the US.
