We are located in Union House on the UEA Campus (the building that has all the gigs in). When coming from the car park come down the hill and round to the right of the building. we are located in the last shop at the end (with the Travel Shop).
During UEA Term Time the Box Office counter is open between 10:00am and 5:00pm with phone lines open from 10:00am through till 4:30pm. Out of UEA Term Time the counter is open between 10:00AM and 4:00pm with the phones open from 10:00 till 3:30pm.
Please note that UEA Term Time is approx:
Middle of September to the Middle of December
Middle of January to the Middle of March
Middle of April to the Middle of June
PLEASE NOTE: The Box Office also closes for a few days around the Easter Bank Holiday and also from Christmas through to the New Year. If you are unsure if we are in term time or out of term time then please contact the Box Office before visiting on 01603 508050.
