The studio is based on the former RAF Coltishall airbase. A place steeped in aviation history and once home to many different fighter aircraft. The studio is named after the mighty English Electric Lightning plane once based there. The studios location now offers a very unique recording experience in a tranquil secluded setting away from the general public. This helps create a comfortable environment to promote music creation.
